Jim Wilkinson

Jim Wilkinson is a Software Engineering Manager with over 20 years of experience in developing software products for the telecoms industry. They graduated from the University of Oxford with an MPhys in Physics and have held various roles, including managing teams of engineers and leading significant projects at companies such as Microsoft and Metaswitch Networks. In their current role at LocalStack, Jim leads a team of engineers while fostering an inclusive work environment. They have a strong focus on team development, coaching, and promoting diversity and inclusion within the tech industry. Outside of work, Jim enjoys spending time with family, engaging in fitness activities, and giving back to the community.
