We stand humbly in an ancient landscape, partly changing due to the effect of the changing wind on the sand dunes. This is an area with an Indian name, Piriquara, which is the name of a certain type of fish. In the area there are still active fishermen who are out at sea with their spectacular fleet of sailing boats with low keels, called jangada, and which despite their size are able to catch large fish.

We stand in silence with our legs in the sea and feel the water temperature of 26 degrees and an air temperature of around 28 degrees and again that wind... We stand here right in the middle of the fishing village Taiba with 3000 inhabitants and the larger village Paracuru with 20 000 inhabitants.

We are currently in the process of realising an exciting development project which we call Piriquara Beach. We have already purchased a property including 2 km of coastline and we have recently obtained approval for our Master plan so that we can develop an exclusive town with buildings in the form of family dwellings, flats, hotels, resorts as well as service facilities in the form of amenities, restaurants, etc. The area is to be developed in several different phases depending on the desires of investors.

Our current ambition is that the area shall be completed over a five year period.
