Patrick Thibault has over 25 years of experience in various customer service, leadership, and management roles. Patrick'smost recent role is Director of Customer Experience at Location d'outils Simplex starting in 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Kinova as the Customer Service & PSS Director and Senior Manager PSS from 2019 to 2022. Patrick also held the position of Director of Assistance Clientèle/Service Clients at Colonial Elegance Inc. from 2018 to 2019.
