Jose Delgado

Jose has more than 23 years of experience in asset recovery and remarketing. Prior to joining Location Services he was the President of North American for CarZip and was responsible for operations and vendor relations. Jose was also the Sr. VP at PAR North America and oversaw sales, client relations and operations. Jose has held several key management positions including WFS Financial and HSBC Auto Finance, Manheim Auctions where he was the AGM of Manheim Utah Auto Auction. Jose has extensive Six Sigma experience and holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Phoenix in Business Administration.
