Jillian Schaar

Jillian Schaar is currently the LOCALACT Enrollment Coordinator at Location3. Prior to this, they served as the Franchise Sales Manager at Location3 from January 2020 to August 2020. Before that, they worked at Continental Credit from January 2015 to January 2020, where they were responsible for inside sales and broker relations.

At Continental Credit, Schaar was responsible for extracting leads from business relationships with nationwide brokers and loan officers to help clients achieve their desired credit score to qualify for home loans. Jillian averaged extracting 300+ leads from mortgage professionals and enrolled, on average, 50% of the qualified clients into the program. 65% of their enrollments turned back to mortgage professionals as approved loans.

Schaar built rapport and established a trusting and open communication structure with mortgage professionals to ensure their profitability through our referral program. Jillian maintained productivity by managing daily call logs to ensure their team met 60+ outbound calls and over three hours of productive talk time. Schaar also reviewed monthly reports of clients with mortgage professionals to track progress and success in our program.

Schaar ensured customer satisfaction by providing realistic expectations, positive credit advice to ensure knowledge, and turning more than half of their enrollments into qualified buyers.

Jillian Schaar has an Associate of Arts in Human Development and Family Studies from Front Range Community College, an Associate of Arts in Elementary Education and Teaching from Aims Community College, and a degree in Social Work from Metropolitan State University of Denver.

Their manager is Josh Allen, VP of Marketing. They are on a team with John Hilton Revell - Sr. Manager of Franchise Growth, Matt Keller - Paid Search Account Manager, and Jim Halligan - VP of Marketing Technology.
