Fred Haisch has over 40 years of work experience. Fred began their career at AT&T Bell Labs in 1976 as a Technical Manager. In 1989, they moved to AT&T Bell Laboratories as a Technical Manager, where they led groups responsible for defining requirements for Web Hosting Services, a H. 320/T. 120 Personal Conferencing Service and a network failure recovery control network. Fred then moved to Proxim in 1999 as a System Architect, assessing the future of wireless technologies and designing platforms, software architectures, and features for Wi-Fi products for the Enterprise, Hot Spot, and Metro Wi-Fi markets. In 2006, they joined AirDefense as the Director of Quality Assurance, leading the definition and execution of a systematic process for determining whether each of AirDefense's products meet PLM's requirements. Finally, in 2008, they joined Motorola as a Test Engineering Section Manager.
Fred Haisch obtained a PHd in Electrical Engineering from the Polytechnic Institute of Brooklyn.
