Chris Beard

Chris Beard has extensive work experience in supply chain engineering, traffic engineering, and planning. Chris currently holds the position of Director of Supply Chain Engineering at Velis since October 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Traffic Engineering & Planning at Lochmueller Group starting in April 2018. Chris also worked at Anheuser-Busch, where they served as a Senior Manager of Supply Network Design & Strategy from May 2016 to April 2018 and as a Logistics Engineer from March 2016 to May 2017. Before joining Anheuser-Busch, they held various roles at Lochmueller Group, including Manager of Transportation Planning from May 2014 to March 2016 and Transportation Project Engineer from November 2010 to May 2014. Chris started their career as a Traffic Engineer at Crawford Bunte Brammeier from September 2005 to October 2010.

Chris Beard has a Master of Science in Transportation Systems Analysis & Planning from Northwestern University. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
