Heidi Thomas

Heidi Thomas is a seasoned professional in the field of civil engineering, currently serving as a Project Liaison at Lochmueller Group since January 2022. Prior to this role, Heidi contributed over 17 years as a Transportation Engineer with the Federal Highway Administration from June 2004 to December 2021. Heidi holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
