Michael Hill P.e.

Michael Hill, P.E. is an experienced engineering professional with a robust background in transportation and roadway projects. Currently serving as a Roadway/Highway Project Liaison at Lochmueller Group since April 2018, Michael previously held the position of Transportation Engineer Supervisor at Kentucky Transportation Cabinet, overseeing the Owenton Construction Crew. Michael's extensive career at Kentucky Transportation Cabinet spanned from 1986 to 2014, culminating as Engineer Director, where responsibilities included supervising the Professional Services Division and negotiating contracts for engineering services. Michael holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration from Kentucky State University and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Kentucky.
