Steve Fleming

Steve Fleming is the President and Chief Operating Officer at Lochmueller Group, where they currently pursue and manage transportation design projects across the Midwest. Previously, they held the position of Vice President at RW Armstrong, where they led the Global Transportation Division from 2005 to 2012, and later at American Structurepoint, Inc. from 2014 to 2017, overseeing operations of the Transportation Group in Ohio. From 2012 to 2014, Steve was also a Vice President at CHA Consulting, managing projects in the Midwest. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Senior Civil Engineer at Parsons Brinckerhoff from 1987 to 2005, gaining extensive experience in highway design and planning. Steve earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from New York University - Polytechnic School of Engineering in 1987.
