Todd Leinbach

Todd Leinbach is an experienced professional with a diverse background in construction engineering, sales, and local government. Currently serving as a Starke County Councilman at Large since January 2021, Todd has also worked as a Construction Engineer at Lochmueller Group since January 2019. Previous roles include a brief candidacy for the Starke County Council, Superintendent at Ellas Construction LLC, and Construction Observer Manager at DLZ Corporation. Todd's earlier experience involves working as a Sales Account Manager at VCNA Prairie Inc. and in sales and quality control at Zimco. Todd started a career in public service as the County Surveyor for Starke County from March 2000 to February 2003. Educational background includes attendance at Oregon-Davis from 1976 to 1980.
