Locke Construction Services is a specialty general contractor that owns the Work By Others (WBO) scope on elevator modernization projects. The structural, electrical, and fire/life safety work that most contractors pass off and hope someone else handles?

We own it.

The WBO scope is legally required before any elevator modernization can be finalized and it is where projects stall, budgets blow up, and schedules fall apart. Locke eliminates all of that.

One Contact. One Team. One Solution.

We manage electrical upgrades, fire alarm and recall systems, fire suppression, HVAC compliance, and structural modifications. All in house. All to code. All on your timeline.

Elevator companies choose Locke because we move fast, we know the codes, and we treat every job like our name is on it. Because it is.

It's not Work By Others. It's Work By Locke.
