Previously, Alex held various roles at Amazon, including Software Development Engineer II for Device Ad Products, where they designed advertising microservices, and Business Intelligence Engineer II for Alexa Shopping, focusing on ETL data pipelines and performance metrics. Alex also gained experience as a Data Engineer at Warner Bros. Entertainment and as an Analytics Engineer for the City of Long Beach. With a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from California State University-Long Beach, Alex possesses technical expertise in software development, backend web development, and machine learning, and is proficient in multiple programming languages. Outside of work, Alex is passionate about mixed martial arts and has been training in Brazilian jiu-jitsu for over five years.
