• Our passion is to provide your clients with innovative, creative and structurally sound design solutions that are to the standard you expect.
• We understand each plan is as individual as the client, with each having their own specific style and lifestyle.
• An essential foundation step of our process is to identify the vision, purpose and budget of each client, which gives us a clear understanding of the direction to take. We invite our clients to an initial meeting in our conference room, and if possible encourage builders to attend this session as well for valuable input.
• With many years of design experience, the team at Lockhart Drafting and Design thrives on a challenge. Varying budgets, design constraints and even short timelines can be accommodated without losing the integrity of good design.
• We recognize that the design stage can be an overwhelming task for clients. By including Lockhart Drafting & Design during this critical stage, you can be assured of a more streamlined process with less stress and greater satisfaction.

ALTERATIONS AND EXTENSIONS
• Attend a site visit to measure and assess the existing dwelling and discuss in detail the client’s ideas and goals for their home
• Provide innovative solutions to best facilitate the renovation or extension project, bearing in mind the clients’ purpose, vision and budget.
