Adolphus Andrews

Adolphus "Bill" Andrews is a seasoned leader in the aerospace industry, currently serving as Vice President of C-130, LM-100J, C-5, and P-3 Domestic Programs at Lockheed Martin, where they manage over $2 billion in P&L. With extensive experience in the U.S. Air Force, including roles as a decorated pilot and Chief of Test, they have a proven track record in leading large teams and driving organizational effectiveness. Andrews holds a Master’s Degree in Systems Management from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from the United States Air Force Academy. They are passionate about fostering diverse teams and driving culture change, contributing greatly to their organizations' success.
