Adrian Rivera

Adrian Rivera has over two decades of experience in the aerospace industry, currently serving as a Multi-Function Quality Senior Manager at Lockheed Martin since November 2004. In this role, Adrian manages the C-130J final assembly process, overseeing all aspects of production and coordinating work assignments. Previous roles at Lockheed Martin include C-130J Multi-function Manufacturing Manager, C-130J Final Assembly Supervisor, and C-130J Corrective Action Lead, supervising teams and implementing corrective action plans. Prior to Lockheed Martin, Adrian held positions as an Aircraft Electrical Lead Installer at Delta Air Lines and an Avionics Technician at Bombardier Aerospace. Adrian began a military career as a Staff Sergeant in the U.S. Army, responsible for maintaining aviation assets. Adrian holds a Master's degree and a Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical Science from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
