Alisson Gil is a Senior Integrated Program Planner at Lockheed Martin, leveraging over five years of experience in technical and project management. They have participated in various roles including Manufacturing Engineer and Systems Engineering Intern, contributing to projects that enhance productivity and organization within aircraft assembly processes. Currently completing rotations in the Engineering Leadership Development Program, Alisson is focused on improving soft skills and expanding their professional network. They hold a Master’s in Systems Engineering from Cornell University and are pursuing a Master of Engineering in Engineering Management at The Johns Hopkins University.
