Ansel Shaw

Ansel Shaw is a Systems Engineering Manager at Lockheed Martin, bringing over 17 years of experience in program management and leading cross-functional teams on complex projects. Previously, Ansel managed the OPIR mission area and led a team of engineers, focusing on risk management and contract negotiations. Prior to this, Ansel served as the Contracts Negotiator Lead at Lockheed Martin, directing a contracts team on a portfolio valued at $3.7 billion. Ansel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and International Relations from the University of California, Santa Barbara, as well as a degree in Chinese from Peking University.
