Ant Weight

Ant Weight is currently a Senior Talent Lead for EMEA at Lockheed Martin, where they oversee Talent Management for a major UK business area and other EMEA regions. They manage the entire Talent process, including recruitment and onboarding, while collaborating with an RPO provider to meet recruitment objectives. Prior to this role, Ant held various positions at Lockheed Martin UK, including Resourcing Business Partner and Recruitment Manager, where they were instrumental in overseeing the recruitment life-cycle across multiple sites. Ant’s earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Internal Recruiter at Personal Group and as a Global Talent Acquisition Specialist at Talent Works International.
