Beau Hollis is currently an LM Associate Fellow at Lockheed Martin, where they serve as the lead developer and software architect for the Prepar3D simulation platform. Previously, they worked as a software engineer staff, contributing significantly to rendering, terrain, and gauges within the platform. With experience as a core developer on the Prepar3D team, Beau has played a crucial role in improving the performance and visual fidelity of the simulation through the design of a new DirectX11 rendering system. They also completed a program manager internship at Microsoft, focusing on user experience for Windows Live Search. Beau holds both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Computer Engineering from the University of Florida.
