Ben Barron

Ben Barron is currently the RMS UK Head of Sustainment at Lockheed Martin, where they lead various initiatives to enhance business performance within rotary wing aviation. With nine years of experience managing operations and teams, Ben has successfully coordinated multiple departments to deliver complex projects, often under tight constraints. They previously served as a Senior Sustainment Manager and Functional Manager at Lockheed Martin and held roles at Vector Aerospace, where they drove operational improvements and managed a large team. Ben holds a BTEC Level 7 in Leadership and Strategic Management from Eastleigh College.
