Ben Charters

Ben Charters is the Training Development Manager at Lockheed Martin Australia, where they work on the Pilot Training School for Project AIR5428, training pilots for the Australian Defence Force. With over thirty years in the aviation and transportation industry, Ben has spent half of that time in various training roles, including as a Senior Ground Training Instructor at Lockheed Martin and a Human Factors Specialist for Virgin Australia. They have extensive flying experience as a First Officer on the Airbus A330 and have served as a Qualified Flying Instructor for the Royal Australian Air Force. Passionate about training and human factors, Ben enjoys public speaking whenever possible.
