Ben Gray

Ben Gray is a dedicated Lead Systems Engineer at Lockheed Martin, where they focus on Engineering Digital Transformation. Previously, Ben led teams in designing electrical products, managed engineering processes, and implemented key tools for Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE). With a strong background that includes roles at Siemens and BOMBARDIER, along with military experience as a Marine Engineering Officer, Ben has developed extensive skills in project management, technical integration, and cross-functional communication. Ben holds a Master of Business Administration from Warwick Business School and a Master of Engineering from Loughborough University.
