Ben Miller

Ben Miller is an Associate Fellow in Phenomenology at Lockheed Martin, where they utilize first-principle and empirical modeling to tackle complex technical problems. They have a background in theoretical physics and have expanded their expertise into fields such as remote sensing, fluid dynamics, and spectroscopy. Ben previously served as a Student Researcher at the Center for Imaging Science, focusing on gas plume detection in hyperspectral imagery. They have been a Senior Research Scientist at Lockheed Martin Space Systems since 2005, leading research on high-speed chemically-reacting flows and their impacts on the electromagnetic radiation spectrum. Ben is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Physics at the Rochester Institute of Technology.
