Benjamin Rusler

Benjamin Rusler is currently a Program Quality Engineering Associate Manager at Lockheed Martin, where they lead a team and develop quality strategies to enhance product excellence. Previously, they served as a Procurement Quality Engineer, actively engaging with suppliers and implementing risk mitigation strategies across multiple programs. Benjamin holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering, and an MBA, all from the University of Florida. They have also gained experience as a Percussion Instructor and in various engineering roles, including work with Cubic Corporation and Naval Air Systems Command. Their commitment to continuous learning and curiosity drives their professional growth and ability to improve processes and outcomes.
