Beth Spaulding

Beth Spaulding serves as the Director of Communications at Lockheed Martin, where they lead program communications for the Missiles and Fire Control business area. They previously held various senior communications roles within Lockheed Martin, including Director of Corporate Communications and Senior Manager of Employee and Executive Communications. With a proven track record in executive communications and integrated communications planning, they have effectively counseled senior executives to drive business outcomes. Passionate about mentorship and community engagement, Beth has also contributed to talent pipeline development through initiatives such as the Communications Leadership Development Program. They are currently pursuing a B.A. in Communication Studies at Virginia Tech.
