Bill D'Abbene

Bill D'Abbene is a seasoned Organizational Development and Learning & Development Senior Manager at Lockheed Martin, where they are responsible for corporate leadership and technical development strategies. With a diverse background in engineering, human resources, and leadership development, Bill has held multiple roles at Lockheed Martin, including serving as the program manager for the Leadership Development Program. Prior to this, Bill worked as a Learning and Development Manager at Leidos, developing strategies for a large enterprise and creating leadership development programs.
