Bill Flite

Bill Flite is currently the Director of Critical Materials Management at Lockheed Martin, where they lead the development of strategies and risk mitigation plans for critical materials and minerals. With 35 years of experience in the Aerospace and Defense industry, Bill has held various leadership positions, including Senior Manager of Advanced Manufacturing and Senior Program Manager. They have played pivotal roles in digital transformation initiatives and have built organizations and partnerships from the ground up. Bill holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Rutgers University and has been an active practitioner of agile management and Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
