Billy McGough

Billy McGough has extensive experience in subcontract management, having held key positions at Lockheed Martin from 2008 to 2025, including Senior Manager of Program Management for Subcontracts and Senior Subcontract Administrator. Prior to that, they worked as a Subcontract Manager at Raytheon from 2008 to 2012. Billy earned a Master of Business Administration in Marketing and Strategic Leadership from Southern Methodist University - Cox School of Business and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Texas Christian University - M.J. Neeley School of Business.
