Brian Neiss has extensive experience at Lockheed Martin since 2003, currently serving as the Akron Site Lead, overseeing a facility with 55 multi-functional employees and approximately 500,000 square feet. His previous roles include Engineering Manager, leading a multi-discipline engineering team, and Akron Ethics Lead, where Brian managed the ethics program. Brian has also managed over 50 Independent Research and Development projects as an Advanced Technology Staff Member and has led significant Navy Anti-Submarine Warfare programs as an Engineering Project Manager. Earlier experience at Swagelok as a Manufacturing Engineer involved maintaining process health and implementing lean manufacturing improvements. Brian holds a Master of Science in Engineering/Industrial Management from The George Washington University and two Bachelor of Science degrees in Industrial Engineering from Kettering University and the University of Strathclyde.
