Caitlin Hay

Caitlin Hay is the Integration, Test, and Evaluation (IT&E) Manager at Lockheed Martin, where they lead planning, execution, budgeting, and staffing for IT&E activities on design and development programs. Previously, Caitlin served as the Integration and Test IPT Lead and Project IPT Lead, responsible for managing low-rate production items and risk reduction efforts. Their experience includes roles at Intel Corporation, Raytheon, and Ethicon Endo-Surgery, where they contributed to critical path analysis, systems engineering, and prototyping for medical devices. Caitlin holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Syracuse University and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Northeastern University.
