Carlos Dominguez

Carlos Dominguez is an engineering student at the University of Florida, working towards a Bachelor of Engineering degree. Current experience includes intern roles at Lockheed Martin and Aviation Turbine Repair, where Carlos collaborated on jet engine repair and improved fast-paced processes. As Lead Director for the UF Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers, Carlos oversees a team of over 30 tutors and advisors while mentoring underclassman engineering majors. Previous roles include food expediter at Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen, deputy project manager for the NASA L'SPACE Program, and delivery driver for DoorDash. Carlos has also contributed as a research assistant at the Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering department, focusing on computational simulations and data analysis.
