Carol Weber

Carol Weber is currently the Chief Engineer at Lockheed Martin, where they tackle complex engineering challenges. With extensive experience across aerospace, automotive, and consulting industries, they have led numerous pioneering projects while emphasizing collaboration and strategic leadership. Carol has also served on the Industry Advisory Board at the University of Florida and has held senior roles at Gates Corporation, Newmont Mining Corporation, and other organizations, where they delivered innovative solutions and spearheaded significant product developments. They hold a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Florida, as well as a Ph.D. in Operations Research/Economics from the Colorado School of Mines.
