Cecil Miller

Cecil Miller is an accomplished information technology professional with extensive experience at Lockheed Martin since June 1996, where roles have included Director of Information Technology, Chief Information Officer for Mission Systems and Sensors, and Director of Systems Engineering and Architecture, among others. Prior to Lockheed Martin, Cecil Miller worked as a Software Developer at Arthur Andersen and the State of Florida, and as a Research Scientist at Pacific Northwest Labs and Battelle Pacific Northwest Labs. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Central Florida and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Sciences from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University.
