Charles Roland served in the United States Marine Corps from 1983 to 2009, where they held positions as Aircraft Maintenance Chief, Maintenance Control Chief, and Quality Assurance Chief. Since 2010, Charles has been working with Lockheed Martin Aeronautics on the F35 program. They are currently pursuing studies at Park University and Embry-Riddle, focusing on Aviation Technical Management with a minor in Aviation Safety.
