Charles Tracey

Charles Tracey is an experienced cyber security professional with over two decades of expertise in managing cyber security programs and compliance in various roles. Currently serving as the Cyber Security Lead at Lockheed Martin since July 2001, Charles focuses on strategic policy implementation, risk management, and incident response, with a strong emphasis on Insider Threat identification and Splunk-based SIEM deployment. Previous roles include Cyber Security Manager at Lockheed Martin, where compliance programs for classified systems were directed, as well as positions at Motorola and PwC that involved overseeing IT security and consulting engagements. Prior military service includes a tenure as a Cyber Operations Officer in the US Air Force and a reserve officer position with the National Security Agency. Charles holds a BS in Computer Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and an MS in Computer Information Systems from the University of Phoenix.
