Chih-Wei Chen

Chih-Wei Chen is a Staff Semiconductor Process Engineer at Lockheed Martin, focusing on process development in semiconductor manufacturing since 2025. With six years of experience in analytical materials engineering, they specialize in non-destructive methods, including spectroscopy and scattering techniques. Chih-Wei previously held positions at Intel Corporation, where they worked as a Module Development Engineering Manager and Yield Engineer, and also contributed to research at Rice University and the National Synchrotron Radiation Research Center. They earned a Ph.D. in Condensed Matter and Materials Physics from Rice University.
