Chip Maynard

Chip Maynard is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in aerospace and technology industries, currently serving as the Sr. Manager of Mission Success and Risk & Opportunity at Lockheed Martin since March 2018. Maynard has a proven track record in technical leadership, especially in avionics and system engineering, having previously held roles such as Senior Program Manager and Program Area Chief Engineer, where responsibilities included managing large teams and overseeing critical production and design improvement efforts. Prior experience includes significant positions at Lockheed Martin and Alcon, focusing on production support, engineering management, and advanced technology development. Chip Maynard holds a BSE in Electrical Engineering from the University of Central Florida and a BS in Plant Science - Agronomy from Clemson University.
