Christopher Leonard

Christopher Leonard is a program manager leading the development of a major Air Force acquisition program within Missiles and Fire Control’s Air Dominance and Strike Weapons line of business. With a background in aerospace and mechanical engineering, Leonard has over 14 years of experience in engineering and business roles, including R&D portfolio management and missile subsystem design with Lockheed Martin and SpaceX. Currently, they manage a program with a budget responsibility of approximately $100M, focusing on stakeholder engagement, risk management, and strategic execution. Leonard holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, all from the University of Florida.
