Christopher Richard is a climate impacts and data science expert with extensive experience in sustainability. They co-founded the Newark Bike Project, Inc. in 2011, focusing on community empowerment and education. Christopher served as a Team Lead and LM Associate Fellow at Lockheed Martin from 2016 to 2024, specializing in climate risk intelligence and GHG accounting. They are currently a board member at the American Center for Life Cycle Assessment and have held various positions promoting sustainability throughout their career, including roles at BCS, Incorporated and the National Science Foundation. Christopher holds a PhD in Energy and Environmental Policy from the University of Delaware, among other academic qualifications.
