CJ D’Alesandro

CJ D’Alesandro is an F-35 Maintenance Instructor Sr. at Lockheed Martin and a retired U.S. Marine Corps veteran with over 20 years of experience in aviation maintenance and quality assurance. They are currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership from Purdue University, while holding multiple certifications in Lean Six Sigma and instructional training. CJ has led efforts to improve training programs and operational readiness within the Marine Aviation community and has been recognized for their expertise and leadership capabilities, including developing efficient maintenance processes for high-value government assets. Their mission focuses on empowering teams to achieve excellence in complex environments.
