Colin Madison

Colin Madison is currently the Industrial Development (Offsets) Manager at Lockheed Martin, where they organize cross-functional teams to enhance supply chain resilience and manage offset obligations across multiple countries. Previously, they held various positions at Lockheed Martin, including Deputy Manufacturing Program Manager, where they successfully led manufacturing teams and ensured on-time shipments of substantial orders. Colin has also worked as a Supply Chain Intern and an Undergraduate Researcher, gaining a solid foundation in supply chain management. They hold an MBA from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain and Information Systems from Penn State University.
