Colin Ro

Colin Ro is a Mechanical Engineering undergraduate student at San Diego State University, with anticipated graduation in 2025, and plans to pursue a Master of Science in Data Science Engineering at UCLA from 2025 to 2027. Professional experience includes roles as a System Integration and Test Engineer Associate at Lockheed Martin and an AI Student Fellow at San Diego State University, where Colin contributed to the design of a 3-D printed platform for white blood cell detection. Prior to these roles, experience was gained as a Manufacturing Engineering Intern, College of Engineering University Council Representative, and EMC Test Intern at UL, where skills in SAR testing and training new interns were developed. Additionally, Colin interned at NASA, conducting safety inspections and airworthiness assessments for supersonic aircraft components.
