Colleen O'Connor

Colleen O'Connor is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in aerospace engineering and defense. With a career spanning over three decades, O'Connor served as a Naval Flight Officer in the US Navy from 1986 to 1995 and held various significant roles including Senior Analyst at National Security Research, Inc. and System Planning Corporation. At NAVAIR, O'Connor was instrumental as an Assistant Program Manager for Systems Engineering and later as Deputy Program Manager for Test and Evaluation. Currently, O'Connor serves as the Director of International Trade Compliance Engineering at Lockheed Martin and is a member of the Emerging Technology Technical Advisory Committee for the U.S. Department of Commerce. O'Connor holds advanced degrees in Aerospace Engineering and Physics, further underscoring expertise in her field.
