Con Tsaconas

Con Tsaconas has extensive experience in finance and project management, holding key positions in notable organizations such as Lürssen, SA Health, and Commonwealth Bank. At Lürssen, Con served as the Lead for Performance and Cost, leading PMO Finance for the SEA1180 Offshore Patrol Vessels program, responsible for budget preparation, cost forecasting, and subcontractor management. Previous roles include Acting Manager Project Accounting at SA Health, where a significant capital expenditure budget was managed, and Principal Projects Accountant, where non-complying projects were identified and consolidated. Additionally, Con has experience in auditing, financial analysis, and management accounting across various sectors, including defense and healthcare, supported by a Bachelor of Commerce and completion of the CPA Program. Currently, Con is a Senior Proposal Specialist at Lockheed Martin.
