Conner Smith

Conner Smith, MBA, is a Senior Systems Engineer at Lockheed Martin, where they have been engaged in data science, analysis, and optimization since 2018. Conner is a graduate of the Quality Talent Leadership Development Program and has completed program management and risk training courses. Prior to this role, they worked as a Quality and Validation Engineer at Nurse Assist, Inc., where they implemented a new database and enhanced operational protocols. Conner also contributed as a volunteer coordinator at the Sam Noble Oklahoma Museum of Natural History and served as a lifeguard and camp counselor at Shady Oaks Country Club. They hold a Master's in Business Administration with a focus on Data Analytics from Texas Christian University and a Bachelor's in Mathematics from the University of Oklahoma.
