Craig Hay has extensive experience in engineering management, active in the industry since 1989. At Lockheed Martin from March 2017 to May 2024, Craig held roles including Integration and Test Engineering Manager, overseeing both Commercial and Defence departments, and Systems Solutions Integration and Test Manager for the Commercial Solutions department. Previous experience includes positions as Senior Engineering Program Manager and Second Line Test and Specialist Engineering Manager. Craig's tenure at the Royal Navy spanned from September 1989 to March 2001, and Craig also served as External Communications Manager at Telsis from January 2008 to December 2014. In addition, Craig co-founded South Coast Sprints, contributing from 2010 to April 2016. Academic credentials include an MBA in Strategic Leadership with Distinction from the University of Portsmouth and a Level 7 qualification in Strategic Leadership and Management from the Defence Academy of the UK.
