David Carey is an RF Mission Architect at Lockheed Martin, where they lead and coordinate the architecture definition and analysis for space radar and RF programs. Prior to this role, they worked as a Signal/Image Processing Engineer and a Senior Software Engineer/Analyst at Lockheed Martin, developing mission performance analysis software and extensive software engineering libraries. David's career began at the Missile Defense Agency, where they completed a two-year Missile Defense Career Development Program and further contributed to satellite communications and radar performance analysis. They hold a degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Arizona and a degree in Engineering Physics from the Colorado School of Mines. Outside of work, David enjoys rock climbing and skiing in the Colorado backcountry.
