David Howe is currently the CATT Programme and Service Delivery Manager at Lockheed Martin, a position held since 2020. Previously, David worked with the British Army from 2001 to 2003 in various roles, including Organisation Information Manager and Planner, and as Project Manager for Security Sector Reform projects in Somalia. David trained as an Officer Trainee at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst and completed the Military and Strategic Leadership course at the Defence Academy of the United Kingdom in 2015.
