David Shepherd

David Shepherd has extensive experience in the AEGIS Combat System field, currently serving as a Senior Systems Engineer-Field Tech Support at Lockheed Martin since November 2014. Prior to this role, David spent a decade with the US Navy, where responsibilities included serving as a Combat System Maintenance Supervisor and Regional Recruiter, overseeing various AEGIS system operations and recruitment efforts. David's technical background includes roles as an AEGIS Weapon System MK-7 Technician, AN/SPY-1B/D(V) Radar Technician, and AN/SPG-55B Technician across multiple naval vessels, with a foundational education in electronic equipment theory and maintenance from the US Navy's Firecontrolman School.
